Ofer Alt - Chief
Executive Officer |

Appointed CEO of Celebros Inc. and Celebros Ltd. in 2007,
Ofer brings with him over 15 years of experience, the majority of which has
been spent founding successful companies such as Poly Information, a leading
provider of Interactive Speech Response solutions to call centers, which was
established in 2000 and taken public in 2006 (AIM: PLY). He is also the
Founder of Ofer Consulting, providing management consulting services to
hi-tech companies in development, and executing large software projects and
large-scale client/server systems for worldwide customers including Amdocs,
Convergys, Cyota, Mercury Interactive and Formula Group.
Ofer’s vision and strategic thinking are expressed in his hands-on
management style at Celebros. As an experienced leader, he combines his
intimate understanding of both the technical and business sides involved in
creating value in companies and the solutions they sell.
Ofer has an Executive MBA (with Distinct Honors) from Bar-Ilan
University and a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences, as well as a B.A. in Economics,
both from Tel-Aviv University.

Arik Hertz
- USA General Manager |
|
|
As the USA General Manager for Celebros, Arik brings a track record of over
20 years in sales, marketing, business development and cross functional team
management. Arik is a seasoned executive within diverse verticals including
Telecommunications, Networking and E-Commerce.
Before joining Celebros Arik was the CEO of Powerraise Inc. (OTCBB: PORS)
where he established the US operation and lead Sales, Marketing and Business
Development, building a viable operations from scratch. Prior to that he was
Chief, Sales and Marketing, Officer for RED-C Optical Networks, where he
established the US Sales and Marketing Division. Arik served as VP, SBU
Manager in Saifun Semiconductors (NASDAQ: SFUN), being part of the team
which prepared the company for its IPO; and before that he was the founder
and the CEO of Tech Time (TASE: TISQ), building a start-up company and
guiding it to a successful IPO.
Arik has MSEE and BSEE (Cum Laude) from the Technion, Israeli Institute of
Technology, specializing in communications, signal processing and computer
science. He is a fellow of the Merage Foundation Executive Leadership
Program.

Yossi Hermush
- VP Marketing |
|
|
Yossi is an entrepreneur and a high-tech executive with over 15 years of
professional experience across the Mobile, Internet and Medical Imaging
industries. Yossi founded Veon which was sold to Philips and co-founded
Adamind which was floated in London. Yossi served in various management
roles including R&D, Product Development, Marketing and Business
Development.
Yossi holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. (with Distinct Honors) in Computer Sciences
from the Tel-Aviv University.

Itai Bass - VP
Business Development |
|
|
As Vice President of Business Development, Mr. Itai Bass is responsible for
building and growing a global network of strategic partners.
Itai brings to Celebros over 20 years of global experience in the areas of
business development, sales, marketing and product management for a variety
of leading technology companies who serve the enterprise market.
Itai joined Celebros from Ness Technologies (NASDAQ: NSTC), a global
provider of end-to-end IT solutions, where he headed the SOA and Integration
Solutions business unit.
Previously, Itai served in several leadership positions for technology
companies based in the US and Europe, including AppStream (acquired by
Symantec) and Baan Company.
Itai holds B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees in Engineering from Tel-Aviv University.

Yael Cornberg
- Vice President, Europe |
|
|
As Vice President, Europe, Yael brings with her over 25 years of marketing
and sales managerial expertise working within the European business and
technology market. Yael is responsible for Celebros’ commercial activities
in Europe, working with both clients and partners in the region.
Prior to joining Celebros, Yael successfully led the marketing and business
development teams at some of the largest information technology providers
and distributors in Israel, including SGM Computers, Renaissance
Electronics, and Best Buy-Big Box. In this capacity, she was able to
facilitate large scale business transactions and generate significant
revenues, teaming up with key name integrators and suppliers including IBM,
Intel, and Microsoft.
Yael holds a B.A. in English and French Literature from Tel Aviv University
and attended the Rishon Letzion College of Management MBA program. |

Roy Lauzon -
VP R&D |
|
|
Roy directs Celebros’ extensive R&D activities. Having first joined Celebros
as a programmer in 2002, he has since lead numerous projects within the
company as Team Leader for Infrastructure, Team Leader for Analytics and
System Architect.
Prior to his tenure at Celebros, Roy gained technical experience at Bezeq,
Israel’s dominant telecommunication provider, and in the Israeli Army
serving in an elite electronics division.
Roy has a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Honors) from the Academic College of
Tel Aviv-Yaffo and is currently completing an M.Sc. in Computer Science at
the same institution.

Sapir Hen - VP
HR & Methods |
|
|
Sapir brings extensive experience in Operations Management, leading numerous
projects in the field of operations and finance in both start-up and
corporate environments. Prior to joining Celebros, Sapir served as team
leader and project manager in the financial division in Cellcom (NASDAQ:CEL,
Israel’s biggest cellular carrier).
Sapir holds a B.A. in Business Management from the Ruppin Academic Center.
