Most of our customers choose to integrate Celebros  Salesperson as a fully hosted solution (in a ‘Software as a Service’ format) and in this case, all Celebros needs is a copy of your database. Our Professional Services and Integration teams take care of virtually all the rest including minor changes to your UI needed to accommodate your new search solution.

5. What changes to my site structure or database are needed for integration?

Celebros site search is compatible with any platform and environment, so there is no need to make any changes to your structure or database. Also, Celebros site search does not manipulate your original catalog DB but a copied version.

The amount of technical knowledge needed is minimal. We only need a copy of your database in a particular format transferred to us. We can also supply different UI templates that you can choose from so that your work is minimal.

Celebros site search integration is carried out free of charge. Thereafter, Celebros licenses Celebros  Salesperson on a monthly basis. The monthly fee is dependent upon the amount of traffic to your site, the size of your product catalog and the frequency of catalog updates.

Celebros  Salesperson customers can hook up to Sales Analytics which produces reports with data on purchases in addition to the search analytics that is included with the solution.

Also available for Celebros  customers:
Traffic Builder: ensures top placement of your products in external search engines such as Google, Yahoo and MSN; increases the number of qualified shoppers arriving to your shop.

Gift Finder: helps busy shoppers find the perfect gift – or the module can be adapted to help your site’s shoppers quickly find the item they want from any number of categories you specify, such as cameras, prom dresses or cookware.

AutoComplete: completes shoppers’ queries for them – after they enter just two letters; AutoComplete is adapted specifically for the site and shows shoppers lists of products and frequent queries from which they can choose the product they want.

Cross Sell: recommends related and complementary products to shoppers based on analytics data as well deep knowledge of site’s product catalog; the relevance of the recommendations stimulates significantly greater sales.

Managed Services: shops are given a dedicated account manager to keep your search always optimized, making changes called for by the demands of your inventory, business and merchandising goals, shopper requests, season, or what have you.

11. How is Celebros  supported?

24x7 support is only a phone call away in case of problems. For the majority of sites that have implemented the solution as a service, hardware support issues are non-existent to rare as servers are continuously monitored.

Should software issues arise, Celebros support is always available and quickly handles all calls, prioritizing them by degree of severity.
